Family-Based Petitions
Family reunification is a key aspect of our immigration services. We assist U.S. citizens and permanent residents in sponsoring relatives for immigration to the United States.

Eligible U.S. citizens can sponsor:
-
Spouses
-
Fiancés
-
Unmarried children under 21
-
Married children of any age
-
Parents (if the sponsor is 21 or older)
-
Siblings (if the sponsor is 21 or older)
Permanent residents are able to sponsor:
-
Spouses
-
Unmarried children
Visas are allocated based on preference categories:
-
First Preference: Unmarried, adult children of U.S. citizens
-
Second Preference (2A): Spouses and unmarried children (under 21) of permanent residents
-
Second Preference (2B): Unmarried adult children of permanent residents
-
Third Preference: Married children of U.S. citizens
-
Fourth Preference: Siblings of U.S. citizens (21 or older)
The priority date marks the beginning of the visa availability process. Following an approved petition, beneficiaries may apply for a green card. Inside the U.S., eligible individuals may seek an adjustment of status. Outside the U.S., they can pursue consular processing at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
Our firm provides end-to-end assistance, ensuring clients smoothly navigate the path to family unification.
